In December, the Cambridge City Council unanimously voted to rezone the site to make the 585 Third Street a reality. Since then and as we prepare to file for a Special Permit, we have been hard at work designing a building and amenities that will fulfill the promises we made for this site. We look forward to sharing this progress with you and would welcome you to ask questions and share your feedback. We want to hear from you on some key aspects of this project that are still being developed: opportunities for artists and performers, activating the ground floor and public realm, and any other ideas that are on your mind.
