Mindfulness simply means paying attention to the present moment, on purpose, in a non-judgmental way. This 25 minute guided meditation will focus on bringing awareness to the body in the present moment. Over time, this practice has been clinically proven to reduce stress, and increase happiness.
About Amber Jamanka:
The child of two yoga teachers, Amber Sumathi Jamanka has been around  yoga and meditation her entire life. After many years of a personal  practice, she began teaching meditation and mindfulness in 2006, and  yoga in 2015.
 Amber received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification  from Baptiste Institute in 2015. She has Level 2 Certification in the  Mindful Schools Curriculum, and completed the Mindfulness Based Stress  Reduction (MBSR) Fundamentals Teacher Training.
 Amber is passionate about health, nutrition, personal development,  dance, languages and cultures. She is also a full-time REALTOR® based in  Cambridge, MA and loves working closely with Buyers and Sellers during  this huge milestone of their lives.
 When she is not on the yoga mat, you can find her selling houses, on the  dance floor, DJing, walking around Fresh Pond, or hanging out with her  two kids!
